百令胶囊治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效及针对性护理

摘　　要：目的探讨百令胶囊治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效和针对性护理。方法选取2017年5月—2018年5月收治的慢性肾功能不全患者40例,采用百令胶囊口服治疗,根据患者临床表现采取针对性护理。结果治疗后患者贫血、疲乏无力、体质量减轻、夜尿增多、恶心、呕吐、尿少等症状均有明显降低(P <0. 05)。结论百令胶囊治疗慢性肾功能不全效果良好,使用期间对不良症状采取针对性护理,可显著控制贫血、疲乏等症状。Objective To investigate the effect of Bailing capsule in treatment of chronic renal insufficiency, and to summarize targeted nursing measures. Methods Totally 40 patients with chronic renal insufficiency were included and given oral administration of Bailing capsule. The tar- geted nursing measures according to the clinical symptoms were carried out. Results There was a decreased proportion of patients with clinical symptoms such as anemia, fatigue, loss in body weight, increased nocturnal enuresis, nausea, vomiting and oliguria after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The Bailing capsule is effective in treatment of chronic renal insufficiency, and nursing measures should be carried out to relieve the adverse symptoms such as anemia, fatigue and so on.
