摘  要:目的:探索六步教学法在高职高专急危重症护理学课程的应用与教学评价。方法:在2016级高职高专老年护理班急危重护理学教学中,实施六步教学法,采用调查问卷与成绩分析的方法对教学方法与教学效果进行评价。结果:教学方法方面,88.3%学生认可六步教学法,91.7%认为提高了分析解决问题的能力,100%认为提高了团队协作意识,86.6%认为提高了沟通能力和主动学习的意识,88.3%认为提高了学习兴趣,90%认为提高了学习效率;教学效果方面,与传统的讲授式教学法比较,六步教学法可收到较好的教学效果,理论成绩和实验操作正确率均有明显的统计学差异(P〈O.05)。结论:六步教学法可全方位提高学生的综合能力和教学效果,值得推广和应用。Objective:To explore the application and teaching evaluation of "six-step teaching method"in Emergency and Critical Nursing course in Higher Vocational College. Methods:The"six-step teaching method"is implemented in Emergency and Critical Nursing course in Higher Vocationa class of elderly care orientation in 2016.The teaching method and teaching effect are evaluated by means of questionnaire and result analysis. Results:In termsof teaching method:88.3% students approved the"six-step teaching method",91.7% students believed that the ability to analyze and solve problems have been improved,100% students believed they have improved the team cooperation consciousness,86.6% students thought they have improved the ability of communication and the consciousness of active learning,88.3% thought the learning interest have been improved, 90% thought the learning efficiency haved been improved. In terms of teaching effect:Compared with the traditional teaching method,the"six teaching method"showed better teaching results,and there are significant statistical differences between the theoretical results and the correctness of experimental operations(P <0.05). Conclusion:The "six-step teaching method"can improve students’ comprehensive ability and teaching effect in an all-round way and is worthy of promotion and application.
