摘 要:为降低南芬露天铁矿北山矿石对本钢南芬选矿厂生产指标的影响,自2014年开始由大选流程单独处理北山矿石,三、四选流程不再混合给矿;同时南芬选矿厂进行了三段磨选工艺改造,以适应矿石性质的变化。本次研究通过对四大选及三段磨选的一段磁选、二段磁选、振动筛等环节进行局部流程改造,并进行流程考察,为今后更深层次的工艺改进提供数据支撑,以达到稳质提产的目的。In order to reduce the impact of the ore in Beishan part of Nanfen open-air iron ore on the production index of Bengang Nanfen Ore Dressing Plant, the northern part of the ore has been treated by the general seperation process since 2014, and the third and fourth seperation processes are no longer mixed into the mine; At the same time, Nanfen Ore Dressing Plant carried out three stages of grinding process transformation to adapt to the changes of ore properties. In this study, we carry out local process transformation of magnetic selection, magnetic selection and vibration sieve in four general seperations and three stages of grinding, and carry out process investigation to provide data support for further process improvement in order to achieve stable quality production.
