摘　　要：通过采取"热烧下涨"、"在线喷补"、"升降钢包"等一系列措施,成功的解决了浸渍管下涨问题,控制了浸渍管粘渣,并取得了很好的效果,提高了浸渍管寿命。提高了RH的产量,为高附加值钢的生产提供了保障。This article expatiates on snorkel maintenance practice of RH unit in BX STEEL. We solve the problem of RH snorkel below-skull by means of ＂hot burn below-skull＂, ＂Online gunning＂, ＂lifting and lowering the ladle＂. We successfully lessen the snorkel stick-skull and below-skull, and we got a good effect.This improves the life of RH snorkel and the RH yield.
