摘  要:讨论了正火处理后回火温度对锅炉炉顶吊挂吊杆用42CrMo5-6钢硬度的影响规律。通过四种退火工艺进行对比试验,结果表明860℃正火后在520℃、570℃、620℃、670℃下进行回火,随着回火温度的升高,试样硬度逐渐降低,620℃回火后硬度符合标准要求。通过生产实践,确定最佳回火温度为590~610℃,硬度检验结果为248~277HBW。The influences of tempering temperature on hardness of boiler roof hanging suspender 42CrMo5-6 steel after normalized were studied in this paper. Taking 4 groups of annealing process to make comparison.The results showed that after normalized at 860℃, the samples were tempered at 520℃、570℃、620℃、670℃respectively. With the tempering temperature increasing, the hardness of samples decreased gradually, When tempered at 620℃, the samples hardness meet the standard requirements. The optimum tempering temperature is 590~610℃ through production practice. The results of hardness treated is 248~277 HBW.
