摘  要:本研究通过驯化采集的海底活性污泥,培养优势菌种并固定化,用于处理模拟印染废水和实际印染废水。模拟印染废水的静态处理结果表明,固定化海底活性污泥具有较好的适应性,降解染料的能力较强。在温度为25℃、pH为6~8的条件下,经动态处理,印染废水色度降为0,COD降为5.12 mg/L,氨氮降为0.08 mg/L。The dominant bacteria were cultured and immobilized by acclimatizing and collecting seabed activated sludge for the treatment of simulated printing and dyeing wastewater and actual printing and dyeing wastewater. The static treatment results of simulated printing and dyeing wastewater show that the immobilized activated sludge has good adaptability and strong ability to degrade dyes. The color of dyeing wastewater was reduced to 0, COD was reduced to 5.12 mg/L and ammonia nitrogen was reduced to 0.08 mg/L.
