摘  要:氨氮作为《"十三五"生态环境保护规划》的约束性指标之一,它的准确测定至关重要。本文使用纳氏试剂分光光度法测定水体氨氮含量,同时应用氨氮溶液标准物质来衡量方法的准确度。笔者主要研究了样品稀释方式、样品酸碱度、掩蔽剂用量、显色剂用量以及显色时间的不同对氨氮含量测定结果的影响。As one of the binding indicators of the “13th Five-Year Plan for Ecological Environmental Protection”, ammonia nitrogen is essential for its accurate determination. In this paper, the ammonia nitrogen content of water is determined by Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry, and the accuracy of the method is measured by the standard substance of ammonia nitrogen solution. The author mainly studied the effects of different methods of sample dilution, sample pH, amount of masking agent, amount of developer and coloration time on the determination of ammonia nitrogen content.
