摘 要:本文开展了厌氧生物流化床处理PTA(精对苯二甲酸)废水的小试试验研究,获得了厌氧生物流化床运行的基本工艺参数。研究发现,保持HRT为35 h,系统运行稳定60 d,以PP有机填料为载体的反应器内COD(化学需氧量)和TA(对苯二甲)去除率分别达到70%和65%。随着进水污染物浓度的不断增加,反应器对COD和TA的去除率稳步提升,表现出优异的降解效能。因此,以PP有机填料为生物载体的厌氧生物流化床对PTA废水表现出良好的去除能力。In this paper, a pilot test study on the treatment of PTA (Pure Terephthalic Acid) wastewater by anaerobic biological fluidized bed was carried out, and the basic process parameters of anaerobic biological fluidized bed operation were obtained. The study found that the HRT was 35 h and the system was stable for 60 d. The removal rates of COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) and TA (Terephthaldehyde) in the reactor with PP organic filler were 70% and 65%, respectively. With the increasing concentration of influent pollutants, the removal rate of COD and TA in the reactor is steadily increasing, showing excellent degradation efficiency. Therefore, the anaerobic biological fluidized bed with PP organic filler as biocarrier shows good removal ability for PTA wastewater.
