摘 要:本文介绍了锅炉补给水的处理工艺,该工艺采用全膜法(UF+RO+EDI)处理经过混凝絮凝传统预处理的长江水。笔者首先介绍了混合式换热器、自动清洗过滤器、超滤、反渗透和EDI工艺原理,然后分析了本项目各阶段产水水质和水量的设计标准。研究结果表明,全膜法处理系统操作与管理简便,运行水质水量稳定,目前是在水处理领域中较成熟且应用极为广泛的净水工艺。This paper introduces the treatment process of boiler feed water, which uses the full membrane method (UF+RO+EDI) to treat the Yangtze River water that has been traditionally pretreated by coagulation flocculation. The author first introduced the principles of hybrid heat exchanger, automatic cleaning filter, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis and EDI process, and then analyzed the design standards of water quality and quantity of water in each stage of the project. The research results show that the whole membrane processing system is easy to operate and manage, and the water quality and quantity are stable, which is a mature water purification technology in the field of water treatment.
