摘 要:防沉抗沉能力是舰船自身抗损能力的重要方面,其直接影响舰船的生命力、战斗力和作战保障能力。对防沉抗沉能力进行客观、科学、量化的评估对舰船的改造、优化具有重要的意义。文章从不沉性检查、水密性检查、防沉抗沉措施检查方面出发,建立了舰船防沉抗沉能力的指标评价体系,提出了各指标的检查、试验方法。不沉性设计应进行计算考核,水密门窗盖应做密性试验,损管器材应进行布置合理性评估。The ability of anti-sinking and anti-sinking is an important aspect of warship's ability to resist damage,which directly affects the vitality,combat effectiveness and combat support ability of warship. Objective,scientific and quantitative evaluation of anti-sinking ability is of great significance to ship transformation and optimization. In this paper,the index evaluation system of warship's anti-sinking and anti-sinking ability is set up,and the inspection and test methods of each index are put forward in the aspects of non-sinking inspection,water tightness check and anti-sinking measure inspection. The design of non-sinkiness should be calculated and checked,the watertight door and window cover should be tested,and the damaged pipe equipment should be evaluated for the rationality of arrangement.
