摘  要:万吨级大型结构物拖拉装船作业是海洋工程项目运行过程中重要的关键环节之一,关系到海上安装工作能否赶上适合的气候窗,该作业能否顺利实施的关键因素是拖拉装船作业用的钢绞线是否能高效敷设。目前,该项工作的实施在国内外都是依靠人力手拉肩扛来完成,人力劳动强度大、施工效率低。针对该问题,文章使用滑轮组配合卷扬机作为机械敷设钢绞线稳定的动力来源,通过缠绕在卷扬机滚筒、滑轮组及单柄滑轮上两端插编连接的钢丝绳形成传输回路。极大的提高施工效率,能够完成多种分布形式的钢绞线敷设,实现多根钢绞线同时传输,一次性解决了以后所有项目的钢绞线敷设问题。The towing and loading of ten thousand tonnage large structures is one of the key links in the operation of offshore engineering project,which is related to whether the installation work at sea can catch up with the suitable climate window. The key factor for the successful implementation of the operation is the efficient laying of the steel strands used in towing and loading operations. At present,the implementation of this work at home and abroad depends on the manpower to pull the shoulder to complete,the manpower labor intensity is big,and the construction efficiency is low. In order to solve this problem,the pulley group combined with winder is used as the power source of the mechanical laying of steel strands. The transmission loop is formed by winding the wire rope between the two ends of the roller,pulley and single handle pulley. Greatly improve the construction efficiency,can complete a variety of distribution forms of steel strand laying,to achieve a number of steel strand transmission at the same time,a one-time solution to all projects in the future steel strand laying problem.
