交钥匙工程在压载水处理系统改装项目上的应用与研究

摘　　要：国内某船舶修理企业利用多年来在技术生产管理方面经验,探索并将交钥匙工程的项目管理模式运用到压载水处理系统改装项目上,收到了良好的效果。文章从项目背景、组织管理、前期准备、后期实施及效果等方面进行了全面阐述,并分析了交钥匙工程的优势所在。实践证明交钥匙工程是值得修船企业借鉴和推广的项目管理模式。A ship repair enterprise in China has used the experience in technical production management for many years to explore and apply the project management model of the key project to the reloading project of the ballast water treatment system,which has received good results. In this paper,the project background,organization and management,early preparation,late implementation and effect are expounded,and the advantages of turnkey engineering are analyzed. It is proved by practice that turnkey engineering is a project management model worthy to be used for reference and popularized by shipbuilding enterprises.
