摘  要:采用酶辅助-水蒸气蒸馏法提取兴安落叶松针叶精油的结果表明:经混合酶组预处理后的兴安落叶松针叶精油得率最高。对提取兴安落叶松针叶精油的预处理条件进行单因素试验研究,得到最佳提取工艺条件为:pH值为5、酶解时间为90min、酶解温度为50℃,兴安落叶松针叶精油得率为1.70%。This research adopts the enzyme assisted extraction Larix gmelinii needles,essential oil-steam distillation.Results show that the mixed enzyme group after pretreatment extract essential oil quantity highest,Larix gmelinii needles,essential oil extraction of the pretreatment conditions of single factor experiments,determined the pH value,enzymolysis time,enzyme solution temperature influence on Larix gmelinii needles,essential oil yield,get the best extraction technology conditions for:pH value of 5,enzymolysis time of 90 min,enzyme solution temperature is 50℃,Larix gmelinii needles,essential oil yield was 1.70%,the extraction process conditions and reliable,and can provide other plant essential oils extracted with new methods and theoretical basis.
