林问荆和蔓乌头提取液对菜粉蝶幼虫杀虫效果比较

摘　　要：对比林问荆和蔓乌头提取液对菜粉蝶三龄幼虫的杀虫效果。以林问荆茎叶、蔓乌头根作为原材料,对林问荆和蔓乌头原料采用70%乙醇、50%丙酮、沸水等进行提取试验,采用提取液分别对菜粉蝶三龄幼虫分别进行杀虫效果试验,并对比二者的对三龄前幼虫的杀虫效果。试验得出,林问荆的杀虫效果明显低于蔓乌头,70%乙醇提取液的杀虫活性最强。不同提取方法的杀虫效果差异较大,研究可为菜粉蝶的生物防治提供技术支持。the authors compared the insecticidal efficacy of the extracts from the forest of Equisetum and Aconitum on the three instar larvae of Pieris rapae.the extraction tests were carried out with 70% ethanol,50% acetone and boiling water with 70%ethanol,50%acetone and boiling water from the stem and Aconitum roots of the forest and cranberry.The insecticidal effect of the three instar larvae of the cabbage butterfly was carried out respectively,and the effects of the two groups on the larvae of the three instar larvae were compared.the experiment showed that the insecticidal effect of Herba Leonuri was significantly lower than that of Aconitum mongkii,and the 70%ethanol extract had the highest insecticidal activity.the insecticidal effects of different extraction methods are quite different.This study can provide technical support for the biological control of Pieris rapae.
