摘　　要：为了解决大学生创新创业群体急剧增加与创新创业服务平台匮乏的矛盾,结合大学生创新创业实际需求给出了项目需求分析;在需求分析的基础上进行系统功能设计和数据库设计;基于Spring Web MVC框架,采用Java语言和MySQL数据库实现了大学生创新创业服务平台。该平台能帮助学生获取学校和企业的相关政策信息,还能帮助学校了解学生的创业项目进展情况,有较好的实际应用价值。In order to deal with the contradiction of the rapid increase of college students＇ innovation entrepreneurship and the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship service platform, In this paper, the requirement analysis of the project is proposed by combining the actual demand of college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship, the function and database of the proj according to the requirement analysis, and the innovation and entrepreneurship service platform is realize by MySQL database Based on the Spring Web MVC framework.
