摘  要:河钢集团唐山不锈钢公司为实现产品结构升级,对炼钢设备系统进行了升级改造,增上了基于LOMAS烟气分析的自动化炼钢系统。介绍了基于LOMAS烟气分析系统的构成及工作原理。通过加强基础管理与二次开发及优化标准补吹模型、动态碱度计算模型及高低温切换模型,最终实现了自动化炼钢各项经济技术指标的优化,为中小转炉实现自动化炼钢提供了借鉴。In order to upgrade the product structure,Tangshan Stainless Steel Company upgraded the steelmaking equipment system and added the automatic steelmaking system based on LOMAS flue gas analysis.The structure and working principle of smoke analysis system based on LOMAS are introduced. Through strengthening basic management and secondary development,optimizing standard supplementary blowing model,dynamic alkalinity calculation model and high-low temperature switching model,the optimization of economic and technical indexes of automatic steelmaking is finally realized,which provides a reference for the automatic steelmaking of small and medium-sized converters.
