摘　　要：废钢采购是采购分公司成本结构中的重要组成部分。详细介绍了河钢宣钢采购分公司坚持以"保供、降本、创效"三大核心任务为己任,从采购品种、采购方式、供货商管理及采购生产对接机制等方面进行的改革创新。通过一系列创新大幅提升了资源掌控力,全面完成了2017年复杂多变的市场环境下的废钢保供任务。Scrap purchasing is one of the most important expect of cost structure in Xuansteel Purchase Company.Making the three core tasks ＂ ensuring supply,decreasing cost and creating benefits＂ as mission,innovation has been carried out in purchase approach,supplier management,docking mechanism of phase and product, etc. Through a series of innovations,the control of resources has been greatly enhanced,and the task of scrap steel supply in the complex and changeable market environment in 2017 has been completed in an all-round way.
