摘　　要：在"大众创业、万众创新"的社会背景下,如何提升高校科技成果转化率已经成为社会各界普遍关注的现实问题。研究在阐述高校科技成果转化生态系统的内涵、边界和特征的基础上,论述了高校科技成果转化生态系统的相关主体、环境要素和功能定位,从主体利益、功能角色、考评制度和环境条件等视角,探讨了我国现阶段高校科技成果转化生态系统存在的突出问题及优化途径。Under the social background of “ mass entrepreneurship and innovation” ,how to improve the transformation rate ofuniversities scientific and technological achievements has become a practical issue of common concern in all walks of life. On the basisof elaborating its connotation,boundary and characteristics,this paper discusses the relevant subjects,environmental elements andfunctional orientation of universities ecosystem for transformation of scientific and technological achievements. And this paper discussesthe outstanding problems and optimization approaches of universities ecosystem for transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China from the perspectives of subject interests,functional roles,evaluation systems and environmental conditions.
