摘　　要：以雅堂电商O2O模式为研究对象,引入随机Petri网构建面向客户的O2O物流流程模型,寻找流程运作过程中的不合理环节,并利用流程重组优化法对不合理结构进行优化改进,从而使得优化后的系统订单处理时间更短,处理能力更强,为雅堂O2O业务以及同类流程的优化提供理论及实践依据,为O2O模式下系统流程的泛化提供参考。This article took Yatang O2O mode as the research object,introduced stochastic Petri net to construct a customeroriented O2O logistic process model,searched for unreasonable links in the operation process,constructed Markov chains,transferred theconflict into synchronization characteristics and used process reorganization and optimization method to improve the unreasonable structure so that the optimized system has a shorter order processing time and a stronger processing capacity,which may provide theoreticaland practical basis for optimization of Yatang O2O business and similar processes,and provide a reference on system process generalization for O2O mode.
