米索前列醇治疗妊高症产后出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨米索前列醇治疗妊高症产后出血的疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2018年2月间郑州人民医院收治的68例妊高症产后出血患者,按照随机抽签法将所有患者分为两组,每组34例,对照组采用催产素进行治疗,观察组采用米索前列醇进行治疗。分析两组患者出血情况、血压水平、治疗效果以及不良反应等。结果观察组患者采用米索前列醇治疗后,出血情况和不良反应低于对照组,治疗效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组和对照组之间血压水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论对妊高症产后出血患者应用米索前列醇进行治疗后,取得的治疗效果较好,产生的不良反应较少,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To investigate the effect of misoprostol on postpartum hemorrhage in pregnancy induced hypertension （PIH）. Methods 68 patients with PIH postpartum hemorrhage from January, 2016 to February, 2018 were selected from the hospital. According to the method of random drawing, all the patients were divided into two groups： the control group was treated with oxytocin, and the observation group was treated with misoprostol. The bleeding, blood pressure, therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were analyzed in both groups. Results After treatment with misoprostol, the bleeding and adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The therapeutic effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the observation group and the control group （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion After misoprostol is used in the treatment of PIH patients with postpartum hemorrhage, the therapeutic effect is better, and the adverse reaction is less. So it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
