真武胶囊粉对主动型Heymann肾炎大鼠的治疗作用研究

摘　　要：为研究真武胶囊粉对大鼠主动型Heymann肾炎的治疗作用,将SD大鼠随机分为6组,其中1组为溶媒对照组,其余组建立主动型Heymann肾炎模型.将造模成功的大鼠按体重及尿蛋白量随机分为5组,溶媒对照组与模型对照组给予0.5%的羧甲基纤维素钠混悬液,治疗组(高、中、低剂量组)按1 mL/kg的容积给予相应剂量的真武胶囊粉的羧甲基纤维素钠混悬液,并观察给药前后一般状况和测24 h的尿蛋白含量,给药结束时检测血清中总蛋白和白蛋白、肌酐和尿素氮的含量,取肾脏计算其脏器系数并进行病理学检查.结果显示真武胶囊粉组的大鼠尿蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮含量均明显低于Heymann肾炎模型组,白蛋白与总蛋白的水平显著提高;病理检查真武胶囊粉组与模型组相比肾小球系膜未见或轻微增厚.试验表明真武胶囊粉对主动型Heymann肾炎大鼠有较好的治疗作用,可明显改善肾功能,减轻肾小球系膜增厚等病理改变,且存在剂量依赖性.We studied the therapeutic effect of Zhenwu capsule powder on Heymann nephritis in rats. SD rats wererandomly divided into six groups. One group was the solvent control group. The other group were used to establishthe active Heymann nephritis model. Then,the successful model rats were randomly divided into five groups based onthe weight and urine protein. Vehicle control group and model control group were given 0.5% CMC-Na suspension.The treatment groups of high,medium and low dose group with press were given the appropriate dose of Zhenwucapsule powder CMC-Na suspension. The general condition and protein in urine of rats were observed before andafter treatment. At the end of the administration with the serum total protein and albumin,creatinine and the contentof urea nitrogen were detected. The kidneies of rats were taken to calculate the organ coefficient and pathologicalexamination. We found that the levels of urine protein,creatinine,urea nitrogen of Zhenwu capsule powder groupswere significantly lower than Heymann nephritis model group,and the levels of albumin and total protein weresignificantly increased. In Zhenwu capsule powder groups of glomerular mesangium had renal or slight thickening.Zhenwu capsule powder had a better therapeutic effect on active of Heymann nephritis rats which improved the kidneyfunction and reduced the pathological mesangial thickening,and had a dose-dependent manner.
