摘 要:煤化工废水来源于煤化工过程,废水中含有大量的有机物和有毒物质,成分复杂,且部分有机物质很难降解,直接排放严重危害水生态环境系统.本试验以3种不同浓度的煤化工废水为试验材料,通过加入不同H2O2的量和控制不同的曝气时间,研究新型催化剂对煤化工废水的处理效果.结果表明,在不加新型催化剂的条件下,对废水中COD去除率只有13%~46%.而加入新型催化剂后,在最佳操作条件下,处理低浓度熄焦废水对COD的去除率达到90%;处理中浓度蒸氨废水对COD的去除率达到94%;处理高浓度焦油分离废水对COD的去除率达到92%.可见,新型催化剂对煤化工废水有较好的处理效果.The coal chemical wastewater comes from the process of coal chemical industry. The wastewater containsa large number of organic compounds and toxic substances. We find its composition is complex and part of the organicmatter is hard to degrade which damages the water ecological environment system seriously. In this experiment,3 kindsof coal chemical wastewater are tested by adding different amount of peroxide and controlling different aerationtime. We study the effect of the new catalyst on the treatment of coal chemical wastewater. The results show that theremoval rate of COD in wastewater is only from 13% to 46% under the condition of no new catalyst. After adding thenew catalyst,the removal rate of COD is 90% under the optimum operating conditions. The removal rate of COD is 94% in the treatment of ammonia wastewater with the moderate concentration. The removal rate of COD is 92% in thetreatment of high concentration tar separation wastewater. Obviously,the new catalyst has a better treatment effecton coal chemical wastewater.
