摘 要:地下水是十分宝贵的水资源,《环境影响评价技术导则地下水环境》(HJ 610-2016)的发布,对各行业的地下水环评工作提出了新的要求,也对地下水环境的防治工作带来了新的机遇。在城市轨道交通项目中,地下水环境影响评价工作的关注重点应为车辆段与停车场工程,提出合理可行的环保措施,是环境影响评价的目的,是污染防治的根本。结合包头地铁地下水环境影响评价工作实际,总结了轨道交通项目地下水环境影响评价的技术与方法,提出了轨道交通项目地下水环境污染防治的要求及环保措施,为《技术导则》在地铁建设项目中的具体应用提供借鉴意义,为城市同类工程的地下水环评及污染防治工作提供有益参考。Groundwater is a very valuable source of water. The release of Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact As ̄sessment for Groundwater Environment (HJ 610 - 2016) has made a new requirement for the work of groundwater environmentalassessment in various industries. It also brought new opportunities to the prevention and treatment of groundwater environment. Inthe subway project, the focus of groundwater environmental impact assessment should focus on the depot and parking lot engineering, proposing reasonable and feasible environmental protection measures is the purpose of environmental impact assessment andthe basis of pollution prevention and control. Combined with Baotou subway groundwater environmental impact assessment of theactual work, the paper summarizes the technology and method of groundwater environmental impact assessment of subway project.It puts forward the requirements of groundwater environmental pollution prevention and control of rail transit projects, provides ref ̄erence for the specific application of “Technical Guidelines” in subway construction projects, and provides useful reference forgroundwater environmental assessment and pollution prevention work of similar projects.
