胃大部切除术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡大出血的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察胃大部切除术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡大出血的近期疗效。方法 100例胃十二指肠溃疡大出血患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者给予常规西医进行治疗,观察组患者给予胃大部切除术进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、复发率、并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90%,明显高于对照组的64%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2个月内,观察组复发率为4%(2/50)、并发症发生率为6%(3/50),均低于对照组的16%(8/50)、20%(10/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃大部切除术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡大出血的近期疗效显著,具有重要临床价值。Objective To observe the short-term therapeutic effect of subtotal gastrectomy for the treatment of massive bleeding of gastroduodenal ulcer. Methods A total of 100 patients with massive bleeding of gastroduodenal ulcer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, patients in the observation group were treated with subtotal gastrectomy. The therapeutic effect, recurrence rate and incidence of complications between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90%, which was significantly higher than 64% of the control group, the difference was statostically significant（P〈0.05）. Within 2 months, the recurrence rate and the incidence of complications in the observation group were 4%（2/50） and 6%（3/50） respectively, which were significant lower than 16%（8/50） and 20%（10/50） in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The short-term therapeutic effect of subtotal gastrectomy for the treatment of massive bleeding of gastroduodenal ulcer is significant, has important clinical value.
