摘　　要：目的 :探讨不同材质针灸针在MRI不同序列上的图像质量,为进一步针刺示踪、针灸可视化研究等打下基础,同时为针灸影像研究方法学探索一条新的道路。方法:选取含金量75%和含银量85%的针灸针,对一块带皮猪身保肋肉针刺、固定,行MRI常规扫描序列FSE T_1WI、FSE T_2WI、T_1FLASH、T_2FLASH及SWI、DWI筛查性扫描,评价图像质量并行统计学分析。结果:含金量75%的针灸针T_1FLASH、T_2FLASH、SWI显示成功率为100%。含金量75%的针灸针与含银量85%的针灸针得到的图像质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),含金量75%针灸针T_1FLASH、T_2FLASH、SWI图像质量差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0.05)。结论:含金量75%的针灸针在T_1FLASH、T_2FLASH、SWI图像上能清楚、安全显像,可进一步用于针灸影像学,如针刺示踪、针灸可视化研究等相关课题。Objective：To explore the effect of different materials of acupuncture needle on MR image quality. And to lay afoundation for further research on acupuncture tracing,a cupuncture visualization research as well as to explore a new methodology for the acupuncture-moxibustion imaging study. Methods：Acupuncture needle with 75% gold content and acupuncture needle with silver content 85% were used to acupuncture a pork with appropriate shape,size and fat content. T1WI,T2WI,T1 FLASH,T2 FLASH,SWI and DWI were performed. The image quality was assessed and statistical analysis was performed. Results：75% gold content of gold needle T1 FLASH,T2 FLASH,SWI showed that the achievement ratio was 100%. There were significant differences in the image of acupuncture needle with 75% gold content and that with 85% silver content （P〈0.05）,and there were no significant statistical difference on conventional T1 FLASH,T2 FLASH and SWI image quality of acupuncture needle with 75% gold content （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Gold acupuncture needle with 75% gold content can be used in T1FLASH,T2 FLASH,SWI sequence to make clear and safe imaging,and can be used for further research such as acupuncture tracing,acupuncture visualization research.
