摘 要:提出了一种750 kV矩形钢管格构式构架的新型节点方案——半相贯半螺栓连接节点,即柱在等宽度的窄面采用相贯节点、变宽度的宽面仍采用节点板螺栓连接节点,梁在前后平面采用相贯焊节点、上下平面仍采用节点板螺栓连接节点。通过节点真型试验、有限元仿真验证分析,得出此种方案在技术上是可行的,可以做到结构安全,并且结构构造更加简单、外形美观,同时镀锌、运输和安装方便;在经济上,相比全部节点板螺栓连接时,半相贯半螺栓连接节省柱子总重10%的用钢量,节省梁总重12%的用钢量。According to the design of one 750 kV transformer substation structure, a new kind of composit space joint was proposed: On 750 kV rectangular steel pipe lattice gantry column, the equal width surface node use tubular connection, the variable width surface node still use bolted connection; The node in the front and back plane of the beam use tubular connection , the node in the upper and lower plane of the beam use bolted connection. 750 kV gantry for the first time use semi tubular semi bolted connection. Some joints are selected as the representative ones from the transformer substation structure, Then through full scale node model test the ultimate node bearing capacity, node failure law are investigated and suggestion for strengthening the joint are put forward. Research shows that the node design and calculation is safe and accurate, and it has important significance for the development of the 750 kV and 1000 kV substation structure form.
