摘  要:针对刮板输送机中部槽在拉架、推溜及采煤机行走时存在的问题,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析模块对SGZ1000/2400型刮板输送机中部槽推移耳进行推溜、拉架和采煤机行走等3种工况下的有限元分析。通过分析,确定中部槽在极限工况下的应力及应变分布,验证设计的可靠性,并为中部槽结构优化设计、材料选择及制造工艺提供重要的参考依据。Aiming at the problems existing in the middle trough of scraper conveyor in the course of pulling, pushing and running the shearer. By using the finite element analysis module ANSYS Workbench, the finite element analysis of thine working conditions, such as sliding, drawing, and shearer walking, has been carried out in the middle trough of the scraper conveyor SGZ1000/2400. Through analysis, the shearer and strain distribution of the middle trough in the extreme condition has been determined, and the reliability of the design has been verified, also provides an important refrence for the optimization design, material selection and manufacturing process of the trough structure
