摘  要:掘进机行走机构高速级行星传动因传动比大,空间尺寸受限,太阳轮齿数较少,需要进行变位。为优化变位系数,提高啮合稳定性,以JSBZ132型掘进机的行走机构为例,利用KISSsoft软件对其高速级齿轮齿形进行优化设计,以提高传动平稳性。The high speed planetary transmission of the driving mechanism of the roadheader was large, and the space size was limited, and the number of the sun gear was less, so it needed to be changed. In order to optimize the modification coefficient and improve the meshing stability, taking the traveling mechanism of the JSBZ132 roadheader as an example, software KISSsoft has been used to optimize the design of the high-speed gear tooth form, so as to improve the transmission stability.
