摘  要:以新矿集团华丰煤矿-31°下运带式输送机设计为例,探讨了大倾角下运带式输送机设计中的关键技术,主要介绍了如何解决物料下滑、启制动控制及超速保护问题。该下运带式输送机通过实际应用,运行情况良好,节能效果明显,满足了设计要求。Taking the design of downward belt conveyor in Huafeng Coal Mine with -31° large inclined angleof Xinhua Mining Group as an example, the key technology in the design of the downward belt conveyor with large inclined angle has been discussed, which mainly solved the material slide, the brake control and the overspeed protection problem of the belt conveyor. Through the design and practical application, the downward belt conveyorwas running well, and the energy saving effect was obvious, which met the design requirements.
