摘 要:为解决煤矿井下防爆车辆车载永磁发电机存在的电压输出不稳定问题,通过计算机辅助设计及散热分析计算,建立了车载防爆电激磁发电机的模型,不仅优化了防爆结构和散热方式,而且提高了动平衡性能。研究结果表明:该发电机散热性能好、功率密度高、输出电压稳定、纹波小及效率高,可满足目前车载蓄电池充电和车载电气的用电要求。In order to solve the problem of unstable output voltage of vehicle mounted permanent magnet generator in underground mine, a model of on-board explosion-proof electric excitation generator has been established by computer aided design and heat dissipation analysis and calculation, which not only optimized the explosion proof structue and heat dissipation, but also improved the dynamic balance performance. The research results show that the generator has the characteristics of good heat dissipation, high power density, stable output voltage, small ripple and high efficiency, which can meet the requirments of vehicle battery charging and on-board electricity consumption.
