副井多绳摩擦提升机钢丝绳快速更换新工艺的应用

摘　　要：根据《煤矿安全规程》规定,摩擦式提升机钢丝绳的使用期限不得超过2年。多绳摩擦式提升机钢丝绳的更换关系到矿井的安全生产,为提高多绳摩擦式提升机更换首绳的施工效率和安全可靠性,减少人员的劳动强度,研究改进了更换钢丝绳的施工工艺,通过施工前的换绳工作步骤,安全地完成了换绳工作,既节省了大量劳动力,缩短了施工时间,又取得了显著的经济效益。According to the ＂Coal Mine Safety Regulation＂, the service life of the friction hoist rope should not exceed 2 years. The replacement of wire lope on multi-rope friction hoist is related to mine safety production, in order to improve the construction efficiency and safety reliability of the replacement of the first lope of the multi-rope friction hoist and reduce the labor intensity of the personnel, the construction technology of replacing the wire lope was studied and improved. Through the work steps of the lope replacing before construction, the work of replacing rope was completed safely, which saved a lot of labor, shortened the construction time and achieved remarkable economic benefit.
