失效模式与效应分析法控制压力蒸汽灭菌湿包的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨"失效模式与效应分析法"理论应用于压力蒸汽灭菌湿包控制环节中的效果。方法统计应用"失效模式与效应分析法"理论干预措施前后湿包量,对应用前后湿包情况进行效果评价。结果应用失效模式与效应分析法理论对压力蒸汽灭菌湿包进行控制后,湿包率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论将失效模式与效应分析法运用于湿包控制中,可有效降低湿包发生率。Objective The theory of ＂failure mode and effect analysis＂ is applied to the wet package control of pressure steam sterilization, and to study the control method of wet package. Methods The number of wet package was analyzed statistically before and after application of ＂failure mode and effect analysis＂ theory as intervention measures. The number of wet package before and after the application was evaluated. Results The incidence of wet bag was significant reduced after applying the failure mode and the effect Analysis method. The was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The incidence of wet bag was significant reduced by applying of failure mode and effect analysis as control method.
