摘  要:目的测定内蒙不同产地东北点地梅中槲皮素和山柰素含量,为制定蒙药点地梅质量标准提供依据。方法采用HPLC测定5个产地东北点地梅样品,色谱柱为COSMOSIL 5C18-MS-II(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸(40∶60),流速0.8 m L/min,检测波长360 nm,柱温30℃。结果东北点地梅中槲皮素含量为3.58~10.51 mg/g,平均7.14 mg/g;山柰素含量为6.28~9.57 mg/g,平均8.15 mg/g。结论本研究建立的测定方法简便、准确、重复性好,适于同时测定东北点地梅中槲皮素和山柰素的含量,可为蒙药点地梅质量标准的制定提供依据。Objective To determine the contents of quercetinum and kaempferol in Androsace filiformis Retz. in different producing areas in Inner Mongolia; To provide references for establishing quality standards of Androsace filiformis Retz. Methods HPLC was performed on the column of COSMOSIL 5 C18-MS-II(4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5% phosphonic acid solution(40:60) at a flow rate of 0.8 m L/min; the detection wavelength was 360 nm; column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The contents of quercetinum in Androsace filiformis Retz. from 5 different producing areas were from 3.58 mg/g to 10.51 mg/g, the average content was 7.14 mg/g, and the contents of kaempferol were from 6.28 mg/g to 9.57 mg/g, the average content was 8.15 mg/g. Conclusion The method in this study is simple and accurate, with good reproducibility, and can be used for the simultaneous determination of quercetinum and kaempferol in Androsace filiformis Retz., which can provide a basis for the establishment of quality standards for of Androsace filiformis Retz. in Inner Mongolia.
