摘  要:使用南方松作为研究材料,使用有机蒙脱土/石蜡复合乳液对试材进行浸渍,结合高温热处理技术对改性材进行X射线衍射(XRD)研究。结果表明,将有机蒙脱土和石蜡等存在结晶结构的物质引入木材中会使木材的相对结晶度提高。将处理材和未处理材的平衡含水率和吸水性进行对比,结果表明有机蒙脱土/石蜡复合乳液浸渍处理可以有效地降低高温热处理材的平衡含水率、吸水率和体积膨胀率,先高温热处理后再使用有机蒙脱土/石蜡复合乳液进行的浸渍处理工艺效果最佳。In this study, southern pine wood is used as research material, organic montmorillonite clay/paraffin wax compound emulsion is used for test material impregnation, coupled with high - temperature heating treatment technology. X- ray diffraction research on modified timber is conducted, with the research resulting showing that the introduction of substances containing a crystalline structure, such as organic montmorillonite clay and paraffin wax into timber can improve the relative crystallinity of timber. The result of measuring the equilibrium moisture content and water absorption of the treated and non - treated timber shows that impregnation treatment in organic montmorillonite clay/paraffin wax compound emulsion can effectively reduce the equilibrium moisture content, water absorption rate and volumetric expansion rate of high - temperature treated timber. High - temperature heating treatment followed by organic montmorillonite clay/paraffin wax compound emulsion can help realize the best process effect
