摘  要:将公交车分为纯汽油/柴油公交车、混合动力公交车两种形式,以乘客出行时间、公交企业运营成本和环境污染三者为目标函数,并考虑以公交线长度、线路非直线系数、直达率、线路负载效率系数、换乘次数等为约束条件,构建了一个多目标的双层公交网络设计模型.设计混合的遗传算法,求解中以随机用户平衡的公交客流分配模型进行公交客流分配.最后采用MATLAB编程,以算例对模型与算法进行了验算.The multi-objective model of bi-level bus network was constructed with three objectives: the passenger travel time, bus companies operating costs and environmental pollution, and several constraint conditions: the bus line length, line nonlinear coeffi- cient, direct ratio, line load efficiency coefficient and transfer times. Buses were classified into pure gasoline/diesel buses and hybrid buses in this model. A hybrid genetic algorithm is used to solve this model, taking the model of stochastic user equilibrium as the as- signment for bus passenger distribution. MATLAB programming was ultimately applied to calculate and cheek the model and algorithm with numerical examples. The results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
