摘 要:对基于锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂鞣的乙醛酸助鞣工艺进行研究,先确定乙醛酸的加入时间,然后采用正交试验,以坯革的收缩温度、感官性能和鞣制废液中化学需氧量作为评价指标,综合考察浸酸终点pH、乙醛酸用量、鞣剂用量及提碱终点pH对评价指标的影响,优化出最佳的乙醛酸助鞣工艺。结果表明:乙醛酸具有良好的助鞣作用,可以提高白湿革的收缩温度,改善白湿革的感官性能和物理机械性能。优化得到的最佳工艺为:浸酸终点pH为2.6~2.8,乙醛酸用量为0.5%,锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂用量为25%,提碱终点pH为3.9~4.1。该工艺所制备的白湿革的收缩温度超过87℃,并且白湿革的物理机械性能、感官性能与铬鞣革不相上下。此外,鞣制废液中COD含量相较于常规铬鞣工艺降低了40%,具有良好的环境友好性。The technology of glyoxylic acid auxiliary tanning based on Zr-Al-Ti complex tanning agent was researched. The time of adding glyoxylic acid was selected in the study, after that orthogonal experiment was designed by using COD content in waste tanning liquor, shrinkage temperature and sensory properties of wet-white leather as the evaluation indexes. The influence of picking final pH,glyoxylic acid dosage, tanning agent dosage and basifying final pH on the evaluation indexes were investigated. The results indicated that glyoxylic acid, with good auxiliary tanning effect, could enhance shrinkage temperature and improve sensory properties and physical-mechanical properties. The optimal process was as follows: picking final pH was 2.6~2.8, dosage of glyoxylic acid was 0.5%,dosage of Zr-Al-Ti complex tanning agent was 25% and basifying final pH was 3.9~4.11. The shrinkage temperature of the wet-white leather could reach 87℃ , and the physical-mechanical properties and sensory properties were similar to chrome tanned leather. In addition, the optimal process had good environmental friendliness, and the COD content in the tanning waste liquid was reduced by 40% compared with the conventional chrome tanning.
