摘 要:为评价玉米自交系品质性状的利用潜力,采用不完全双列杂交设计,以21个新育玉米自交系为被测系与4个测验种配制84个测交组合,在宁夏引黄灌区生态环境下,分析被测系的容重、蛋白质含量、淀粉含量、脂肪含量和赖氨酸含量5个品质性状的配合力和遗传参数。结果表明:通过对被测系5个品质性状GCA分析,初步鉴定出6769、6957和8H344品质性状的一般配合力表现优良,利用潜力较大。In order to evaluate the utilization potentiality on quality traits of 21 newly bred maize inbred lines, they were test-crossed with 4 testers in incomplete diallel cross. Combining ability and hereditary parameters of 5 quality traits (the bulk density, protein content, starch content, fat content and lysine content) on the 21 inbred lines were analyzed in Yellow River irrigated area in Ningxia. The results showed that the inbred lines 6769, 6957 and 8H344 had better performance in general combining ability (GCA) of quality traits and had larger utilization potential in maize breeding programs.
