摘  要:超声引导下微波热消融术作为一种微创新术式被应用于良性甲状腺结节的治疗中。本文从微波消融治疗良性甲状腺结节的目的、消融原理、适用范围、禁忌证、临床应用情况、并发症及预防策略进行了概述。指出超声引导下微波消融术治疗良性甲状腺结节安全有效,但尚需大样本、长周期的高质量研究支撑。此外,严格把握应用指征以及充分尊重患者意愿也极其重要。随着研究的深入和技术的进一步优化,微波热消融的适应证也可能进一步拓展到分化较高的甲状腺原位癌、微小癌以及复发癌。Ultrasound guided microwave thermal ablation is a new minimally invasive technique that has been applied to the treatment of benign thyroid nodules. This paper reviews the aim, principle, indications, contraindications, current situation, clinical application, complications and prevention strategies of ultrasound guided microwave thermal ablation technique in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules. Although ultrasound guided microwave thermal ablation tech nique is effective and safe for benign thyroid nodules, more high quality studies with large sample size and long period are needed.Furthermore,it is very important to strictly grasp application indications and to fully respect patient's willingness.With the deepening of research and further optimization of technology, the application of ultrasound guided microwave thermal ablation technique will extend to the treatment of highly differentiated orthotopic thyroid carcinoma, microcarcinoma and recurrent carcinoma.
