摘  要:通过低周疲劳实验,研究了不同热处理状态对轧制AZ80D镁合金板材低周疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:AZ80D镁合金板材在总应变幅值较高时呈现循环应变硬化,而在较低的外加总应变幅下,AZ80D镁合金板的循环应力响应行为受热处理状态的影响;轧制和时效AZ80D镁合金在疲劳变形初期表现出循环稳定性,在中间阶段,观察到循环应变硬化,而在固溶镁合金中,总是观察到循环硬化。从实验结果可以推出,固溶处理和时效处理都能在一定程度上改变AZ80D镁合金板的循环应力响应行为。Through the low cycle fatigue experiment, studied the effect of low cycle fatigue Properties ofAZ80D magnesium alloy plate by the different heat treatment process. Results show that AZ80D magnesiumalloy plate present cyclic strain hardening in total strain amplitude, and under the low and total strainamplitude, the cyclic stress response behavior of the AZ80D magnesium alloy plate influenced by theheat treatment condition. In the early stage of fatigue, deformation Rolling and aging AZ80D magnesiumalloy show that the cycle stability, in the middle stage, the cyclic strain hardening was observed, and insolid solution in the magnesium alloy, cycle hard always observed.Cyclic stress response behavior of AZ80Dmagnesium alloy plate can changed by Solid solution treatment and aging treatment To a certain extent.
