摘　　要：针对DF4D型内燃机车风泵接触器(YC)在使用中触头容易烧损的问题,究其原因并进行了详细的分析,作出解决问题的实验性探析,最终找到了合适的解决方案。实验证明:使用新型接触器后,机车接触器性能稳定且使用安全,效果达到了预期目标。In view of the problem that the contact head of DF4D diesel locomotive air pump contactor is easy to burnin use, the possible causes are analyzed in detail, and the experimental analysis of solving the problem is made, and asuitable solution is finally found. The experimental results show that the locomotive contactor is stable and safe afterusing the new contactor.
