改进肿瘤专科护士临床护理培训路径的实践及体会

摘　　要：肿瘤专科护理是一个新兴的亟待发展的学科,肿瘤专科护士(oncology nurse specialist,ONS)需要具备全面而先进的护理知识,行之有效的培养路径尤其重要,我院对此做了相应尝试,改进传统"以疾病为中心"护理培训路径,建立了新的"ONS临床护理培训模式",采取专家讲座、护理查房、护理病历讨论、情境演练的形式,对30名学员进行了160学时理论课程和160学时临床实践教学,培训结束后,学员以高合格率通过考核,成功培养出了具有高水平的专科护理理论、丰富的临床实践经验的专家型护理人员。本研究表明,通过改进后的肿瘤专科护士临床护理培训路径,可以培养出具有高水平的专科护理理论、丰富的临床实践经验的ONS,能提高肿瘤患者的治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量,更好地为患者服务。Special nursing for the patients with tumor is a new subject that needs development. Oncology nurse specialists （ONS） need to have comprehensive and advanced knowledge, and that requires an effective training model. Corresponding efforts were made in our hospital. We modifed the traditional “disease-centered” training model, and established the new “ONS clinical nursing training model”. Expert lectures, nursing rounds, case discussion and drilling in mimic scene were used to execute 160 theory curriculum classes and 160 clinical practice classes. The subjects passed the assessments with a high percentage at the end of the training. We concluded the new training model we tried was a success to training specialist nurses with high level of specialized nursing theory and rich experience in clinical practice. This study shows that through the improved clinical nursing training path of oncology specialist nurses, ONS with high-level specialist nursing theory and rich clinical practice experience can be cultivated, which can improve the therapeutic efect of tumor patients and prolong the life of patients. Improve the quality of life of patients, develop the hospital oncology care business, and better serve patients.
