探究红细胞比容与D-二聚体在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的检测价值

摘　　要：目的探究与分析红细胞比容与D-二聚体水平在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的检测意义。方法选取我院自2016年5月—2018年5月收治的45例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为观察组,另选择同时期收治的43例健康成年人作为对照组,对比两组人员红细胞比容与D-二聚体水平的检测值。结果对照组红细胞比容与D-二聚体水平分别为(0.345±0.031)%、(130.98±64.51)μg/L,观察组红细胞比容与D-二聚体水平分别为(0.456±0.062)%、(430.43±60.57)μg/L,观察组与对照组相比D-二聚体水平较高,HCT水平较高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论红细胞比容与D-二聚体水平在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的检测值与健康成年人相比于存在明显差异,能够为疾病的诊断提供可靠依据。Objective To explore and analyze the detection value and significance of erythrocyte specific volume and D-dimer level in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Forty-fve patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in our hospital were selected from May 2016 to May 2018, who as the observation group. Forty-three healthyadults who were treated at the same time were selected as the control group, and the erythrocyte specifc volume and the level of D-dimer were compared between the two groups. Results The erythrocyte specifc volume and D-dimer levels of the control group were （0.345± 0.031） %, （130.98 ± 64.51） g/L , and the observed group＇s erythrocyte specific volume and d-dimer levels were （0.456 ±0.062） %, （430.43 ±60.57） g/L,the D-dimer level and the HCT level in the observation group was higher then that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The expression levels of hematocrit and D-dimer in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are significantly different from those in healthy adults, which can provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis of diseases.
