摘　　要：目的探究心理护理对输卵管造影术患者负性情绪及满意度的影响。方法选择至我院就诊的输卵管造影术患者共有36例,时间段为2017年10月—2018年6月,其中对常规组给予传统护理,对实验组加强围手术期心理护理,将两组的护理效果进行对比,包括不良情绪评分、护理满意度。结果护理前两组的SAS、SDS评分均差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05,护理后两组评分均有所下降,且实验组的不良情绪评分均明显低于常规组,P <0.05;实验组业务水平、检查环境、服务态度、责任心、心理护理、健康教育等方面的护理满意度评分均明显高于常规组,P <0.05。结论对输卵管造影术患者给心理护理干预,便于顺利进行疾病检查,减轻其不良情绪,提高满意度。Objective To explore the infuence of psychological nursing on negative emotions and satisfaction of patients undergoing salpingography. Methods 36 patients who received salpingography in our hospital from October 2017 to June 2018 were selected. The conventional group was given traditional nursing, and the experimental group was given psychological nursing during the perioperative period. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared, including bad mood score and nursing satisfaction. Results There was no signifcant diference in the scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups before nursing, P 〉 0.05. After nursing, the scores of both groups decreased, and the scores of bad mood in the experimental group were signifcantly lower than those in the conventional group, P 〈 0.05. The scores of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were signifcantly higher than those in the routine group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for patients undergoing salpingography is helpful to carry out disease examination smoothly, alleviate their bad mood and improve their satisfaction.
