养心颗粒对易损斑块Rho/Rho激酶信号通路血清LDL-C、TC、ET-1、TNF-α含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察养心颗粒对易损斑块Rho/Rho激酶信号通路血清LDL-C、TC、ET-1、TNF-α含量的影响。方法:随机将32只雄性家兔分为空白对照组、模型对照组、养心颗粒组、法舒地尔组。分别给予普通饲料及高脂饮食喂养8周,采用球囊损伤颈总动脉并注射P53基因转染建立易损斑块模型。药物治疗2周后采用ELISA法检测LDL-C、TC、ET-1、TNF-α水平。结果:与模型组比较,养心颗粒组和法舒地尔组血清中LDL-C、TC、ET-1、TNF-α含量下降(P <0. 05);养心颗粒组与法舒地尔组比较,血清中LDL-C,TC、ET-1、TNF-α含量,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:养心颗粒可降低易损斑块Rho/Rho激酶信号通路血清中LDL-C、TC、ET-1、TNF-α的含量。Objective ： To observe the effect of Yangxin Granule on the levels of LDL - C, TC, ET - 1, TNF -α in Rho/Rho kinase signaling pathway of vulnerable plaque. Methods： 32 healthy male rabbits were randomly divided into theblank group, the model group, Yangxin Granule group, and Fasudil group. The model of vulnerable plaque was estab-lished by eight - week high fat diet combined with the ballon - induced injury of common carotid artery and the injectionof p53 gene. The levels of LDL - C, TC, ET - 1, and TNF - α were measured 2 weeks after the treatment by ELISAmethod. Results： Compared to the model group, the serum levels of LDL - C, TC, ET - 1, and TNF -α were de-creased in Yangxin Granule group and Fasudil group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; there was significant difference in serum levels ofLDL - C between Yangxin Granule group and Fasudil group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; no statistical difference was seen in terms of theserum levels of TC, ET - 1, and TNF - αbetween these two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Yangxin Granule can re-duce the serum levels of LDL - C, TC, ET - 1 and TNF - α in Rho/Rho kinase signaling pathway of vulnerable plaque.
