摘 要:中国南方电网有限责任公司计划于2019年建成乌东德电站多端直流送出工程,为提高云南电网及多端直流的运行安全水平,需要研究云南电网对乌东德多端直流的适应性。在云南电网不同运行方式下通过仿真分析乌东德电站近区交流线路"N-1"、"N-2"故障,找到造成云南电网失稳或线路过载的交流线路故障,并提出相应的稳控策略;然后在云南电网不同运行方式下对乌东德多端直流故障进行仿真分析,根据结果提出合理的频率限制控制器(frequency limit controller,FLC)设置方案,并校核云南电网现有的高频切机方案对乌东德多端直流故障的适应性。研究表明,乌东德电站近区部分交流线路故障会造成云南电网失稳或者线路过载;在FLC不投入时,现有的高频切机方案会在乌东德多端直流云南侧单极闭锁时动作。针对上述问题,提出相应的稳控措施及FLC设置方案,有效解决了乌东德电站近区交流线路故障造成的系统失稳问题,提高了云南电网高频切机方案对乌东德直流故障的适应性。CSG plans to complete Wudongde multi-terminal DC transmission project in 2019. In order to improve operating safety of Yunnan power grid and multi-terminal DC, it is required to study adaptability of Yunnan power grid to Wudongde multi-terminal DC. Under different operating modes of Yunnan power grid, this paper makes simulating analysis on "N-1","N -2" faults of AC transmission lines near Wudongde power plant so as to find out faults of the AC lines causing unstability of Yunan power grid or overload of lines, and present relevant steady control strategies. Then it carries out simulating analysis on multi-terminal DC faults of Wudongde power plant under different operating modes of Yunnan power grid and according to the analysis results, it presents reasonable frequency limit controller (FLC) configuration scheme and checks adaptability of current over-frequency generator tripping scheme of Yunnan power grid to Wudongde multi-terminal DC fault. Relevant research indicates that faults of parts of AC transmission lines near Wudongde power plant may cause unstability of Yunnan power grid or overload of lines. As FLC is not put into operation, current over-frequency generator tripping scheme will act as the unipolar at Yunnan side of Wudongde multi-terminal DCis blocking. In allusion to the above problems, the paper proposes relevant steady control measures and FLC configuration schems to effectively solve the problem of system unstability caused by faults of AC transmission lines near Wudongde power plant and improve adaptability of over-frequency generator tripping of Yunan power grid to Wudongde DC faults.
