摘  要:提出一种计及电压不可行节点的高压配电网无功优化模型。首先,完善越下限电压不可行节点和电压松弛节点基本概念,在其基础上构建计及电压不可行节点的高压配电网无功优化模型,该模型包含了电压控制子模型和降损控制区域的无功优化子模型,对前者,目标函数为节点电压越下限量和个数都最少;对后者目标函数为除包含前者目标外,还需要降低区内有功网损。两个子模型的约束条件则在传统的无功优化模型上更新电压不可行节点的幅值安全下限,考虑到引起出现电压不可行节点与电源端的220 kV主变压器(以下简称"主变")有载调压闭锁有较强联系,又提出一种考虑主变有载调压闭锁的无功优化控制策略进行降损控制区域的无功优化子模型的求解。最后,采用一种并行协同进化算法求解所建模型。通过某实际110 kV25节点高压配电网进行仿真分析,验证所提方法的有效性。The paper proposes a kind of reactive power optimization model of the high-voltage power distribution network considering voltage-violated buses. It firstly completes basic concepts of lower voltage-violated bus and relaxed voltage bus, and then builds the reactive power optimization model considering voltage-violated buses which includes the voltage control sub-model and the reactive power optimization sub-model for loss reduction control areas. To the voltage control sub-model, the objective functions are minimum lower bus voltage deviation and numbers, while to the other sub-model, the objective functions include objectives of the former and reduction of active power network loss in the area. Constraint conditions of the two sub-models are to update the safe lower limits of amplitudes of voltage-violated buses based on traditional reactive power optimization model. Due to strong connection between voltage-violated buses and on-load voltage regulation blocking of the 220 kV main transformer at the power source terminal, the paper also presents a kind of reactive power optimization control strategy considering on-load voltage regulation blocking for solving the reactive power optimization sub-model for loss reduction control areas. Finally, it adopts a kind of parallel coevolution algorithm to solve the model and makes simulating analysis on an actual ii0 kV 25-bus high-voltage power distribution network to verify effectiveness of the proposed method.
