摘 要:目的通过对比经典多孔胸腔镜手术,研究单孔胸腔镜手术方法在治疗孤立性肺结节(SPN)中的优势。方法收集我科2017. 01-2017. 12收治的80例孤立性肺结节患者临床资料,其中单孔胸腔镜组42例,多孔胸腔镜组38例,比较两组在手术时间、术中出血、术后带胸引管时间、胸腔总引流量、术后住院时间、术后疼痛程度等指标上的不同。结果单孔胸腔镜组在手术时间、术后带胸引管时间、胸腔总引流量及术后疼痛程度等指标上优于多孔胸腔镜组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论单孔胸腔镜对于治疗孤立性肺结节上安全可靠,且相比于传统多孔胸腔镜手术方法有更大的优势。Objective To research the advantages of single-port video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in treatment of solitary pulmonary nodules (SPN) by comparing with the classical multi-port video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery. Methods 80 cases of solitary pulmonary nodules patients treated from 2017.01 to 2017.12 were randomly divided into the single-port video-assisted thoracoscopic group (42 cases) and the multi-port video-assisted thoracoscopic group (38 cases). The difference in operation time, blood loss, postoperative chest tube drainage duration, total pleural drainage volume, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative pain degree were compared. Results The single-port video-assisted thoracoscopic group was better than the multi-port video-assisted thoracoscopy group in operative time, postoperative chest tube drainage time, total chest drainage volume and postoperative pain degree, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Single-port video-assisted thoracoscopy is safe and reliable in treatment of solitary pulmonary nodules, and has a greater advantage compared with the traditional multiport video-assisted thoracoscopy surgery.
