创伤指数在评估急性创伤住院患者病情及预后中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察创伤指数在评估急性创伤住院患者病情及预后中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年3月—2016年2月期间收治的急性创伤住院患者216例,分别予以损伤严重度评分(ISS)、TI评分。结果生存组患者的ISS评分为(7.21±3.58)分,TI评分为(12.25±2.36)分,均低于死亡组(P<0.05);轻症组的病死率显著低于重症组(P<0.05)。结论对急性创伤住院患者病情及预后情况采取TI评价具有一定的评估价值,其评分越低,表明创伤指数越低,患者存活的可能性越大,可预测预后情况,值得在临床中推广。Objective To explore the application of trauma index in assessing the condition and prognosis of hospitalized patients with acute trauma. Methods in our hospital for treatment of acute trauma hospitalized patients as the research object, a total of 216 cases,in March 2015 to February 2016 for admitted during the period of time, respectively to injury severity score （ISS）, TI score comparison, contrast ISS score,TI, outcome in patients with acute trauma hospitalized T1 score to evaluate and discuss the application value. Results the study data showed that the ISS score of the survival group was （7.21 ± 3.58）, and the TI score （12.25±2.36） was lower than that of the death group, P〈0.05.The mortality of the light group was significantly lower than that in the severe group,P〈0.05.Conclusion the condition and prognosis in patients with acute trauma hospitalized cases take TI evaluation has certain evaluation value, the lower the ratings of TI, show that trauma index is lower, also suggest the patient＇s life is for safety, can predict the prognosis of patients with conditions, is worth popularizing in clinical implementation.
