摘　　要：中医药健康理念、认知和行为的树立是中医药健康服务的重要组成部分,其主要途径是中医药健康文化科普。当前,中医药健康文化科普的发展瓶颈在于科普模式与社会发展现状不相适应。"紧扣1个中心,坚持2个原则,谋求4个结合,实现4化运作,体现8大特性"的中医药健康文化科普发展的"12448"模式有助于帮助突破此瓶颈,使科普实践切实支撑中医药健康服务事业发展,提升全民中医药健康素养和健康水平。Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） health concept,cognition,and behavior is an important part of TCM health service.At present,the bottleneck of the development of TCM health culture is that the popular science model is not compatible with the social development. ＂ On the 1 center,adhere to 2 principles,to seek a combination of 4,achieve 4 operation,embodies 8 characteristics of＂ the TCM health science culture development of the ＂12448＂ mode helps to break through the bottleneck,the science practice and support healthy development of medical service,enhance national TCM literacy and health.
