摘  要:铅粉的特性对于铅酸蓄电池的性能是至关重要的因素之一。铅粉的制造是一种机械物理和化学氧化相综合的过程。球磨式制铅粉是在滚筒式铅粉机(又称岛津式铅粉机)中完成的。详细讲述了岛津式24 t铅粉机的前期状况,通过改进铅粉机滚筒内部扬粉结构、控制滚筒温度的冷却循环水喷射方式、负压风机频率控制的调节,达到提升产能、降低能耗的效果。The characteristics of leady oxide are important for the performances of lead-acid batteries. The manufacturing process of leady oxide is a comprehensive process of mechanical physics and chemical oxidation. The ball mill type leady oxide is produced in the drum type leady oxide mill (also known as Shimadzu type leady oxide mill). In this paper, the preliminary conditions of the 24 tons Shimadzu leady oxide mill are detailed. By improving the internal structure of the roller, the injection way of the water cooling circulation which controls the temperature of roller, the frequency control of the negative pressure fan, the productivity is increased and the energy consumption is decreased effectively.
